  It went a little something like this…
                                                             
   I woke up at like 11 today. I don’t know what is going on with me. I’ve been sleeping so much lately. I think I’m cool with it though. For the past year or so I havent been sleeping like I use to. I was puttin in some sleep back in the day. Then something just changed. And I would wake up after 5-7 hrs. Now back to the 8-12’s. I even took a nap the other day. I must be growing. lol Then I had some important errands to handle. Got those done quicker then I thought. That was good. No tanning today, just cardio. I wasn’t done with all my stuff till like 5:30. And friends were coming over at 7. So cardio was all I really had time for. I thought we were going out to eat, but guess not. Other plans were made.
 I was a fucking sweating savage lion. Ya, u know, just like u see in the national geographic movies. Just having at that ass. But while she was like a delicate, beautiful, avatar. :-) Well I’m not gonna go into detail. But u get the picture.
 Chase: Happy early B-day. It’s only 1 day early. Just dont want to miss it. Dont always know when I’ll be on here. Have a good one.

  Matthew: Fav Rated R song: Thats a tough one. I cant pick just 1. Stupid love, G4L, Photographs, Rude boy, Cold love? or Cold case, something like that. B4 the last song. Those first 3 really speak to me. But like I said. I love the whole Cd. I dig the way it starts off. It gangsta for her. Real gangster. And as far as a work out. Where do I start. First, I dont follow a plan. I lift heavy. No one ever does this, but I’m seriuos. I do cleans, squats, deadlifts, pullups, pullovers, shoulder presses like crazy. 1-3 of those every day. Along with other things too. But I’m serious. Like day 1. Back day: Pullups, heavy rows, a upper back lift, then bi’s. 3 different lifts.
   Day 2. Chest day: Heavy incline, heavy decline, pull overs, skull cushers, pull downs. in and out.
   Day 3. Legs: Squats 5-7 sets, quads and hami’s. Then back to back, but I hit bi’s first this time. Will start with reverse grip pullups, bi’s and then back.
  Then instead of chest I still push, but do shoulders. Cleans and shoulder presses.
  The next day lower body. Deadlift. I do pull, push, lower body. Pull, push, lower…..and so on. Do u get what I mean when I say push and pull?
  “If u lift big, the rest will follow”  ” less is more” “u r what u eat”
 Those r some of the best things I ever heard while working out. So take what u will from it.
