Like I said, this Blog thing is a little new to me. And getting pictures of myself all the time is definitly new.lol I know a lot of people take that picture, you know that “one” with the arm out, taking it urself=) But it’s different. I remember it’s for u guys, but people dont know that….I’m working on it. So here is me at the gym this evening. Kinda a dull workout tonight, but I got throught it. My buddie and I did back and bi’s. I always do 50 pull-up’s first on this day! Then whatever and Heavy rows of some type. And touch up on bi’s.( 1 always a negatives and 2 whatever’s )
