I just got home from the movies. We went and saw Grown ups. Umm, it was ok. I was chuckeling through the whole thing, but never cracking up. When u get that many stars together there is always that chance to blow it. They didnt. It was about a 7. Selma was on fire. Maybe that gives it an 8. She looked great. I just got off of the longest time away from the gym in years. I feel great but, man. Today was a complete day. This should be a good start to some consistency.  I’ve been keeping up on the cardio, but that’s it. I got a 12 pack. But I’m like 160. 

O.k.   Today I talked to my manager about moving over to the other building. And the best apt is available. Just at home watching the game. It’s half time, and it’s a good one. I was up late this morning. Nothing new. But damn, I was tired. I kept going back to sleep. Like 3 times. Once I was finally up, I ran a lil, then went by moms for a while. Chilled over there with the fam till the game started.

Summer has arrived.

It’s been a minute huh. I was up north shooting last we talked. Good shoot.  I’ve been home for a week or so now.  Got home, and about a day later I got kicked in the ass with the worst cold. It took me down. I’m better now, but damn it had me out of it.  About at 90% to be honest. 1 more day. Been hittin that cardio to push it out. Today I was back in full action though. I ate well and hit the gym. That’s not all I did. But glad I was able to get those done.

I do need to get on those weights though. “fur reals”.  I swear, all I’ve been doin is playin ball. My ab’s are on fire, but I can see it in my chest. Gotta get it pumped back up.

I just got back from seeing Get him to the Greek. And it was funny. Lived up to all the expectations and more. P-Diddy did his thing. He was great. Can’t wait to see it again. I took a real risk going alone on a Sat. But the date thing wasn’t that bad.  I saw a lot of girls with their friends and a lot of man dates. (Better no date then a bad date)

I’m back. It’s now Monday night. I was a little MIA there for a minute. Sorry bout that.

Yesterday was a blur… I know I watched some of the game. Lakers lost. But I was fired up for Ray Allen.Fired up!  I like that guy. I remember yelling a lot for him. And at Ron Artest. He is so funny.

Today I slept in for awhile. A long while. Pulled those blinds shut, turned that air up to 68 and was chillin in my dark igloo. When I did get up I was productive. I got a lot of shit done today.
