Had some free time so I thought I’d drop in. Hope ur weekend is going well. Today was something special. The perfect day. One to remember. Now deciding if we’re going out or not. And I hope they dont ask me. I’d probably pick to stay in. Party pooper, I know. But I’m a little beat to be honest.  Hope everyone out there is having a great week. The weather here has been just like back at home. If not worse. Having a great time though. It’s the company, not where u are. And all of u guys were right. What a city. I havent even got to really experience all of it due to the weather. But still. The food and people r fucking amazing.

 This weeks update WAs a good one. I remember it like it was yesterday. We had a great time. And I love these 2. Amazing sexy peep’s. Khandi is so tasty! God damn it. O, love fucking this girl. A face, cakes, nice pussy and she’ll show u a thing or two in bed. Serious…. And U guys know I cant say enough about P. Great guy, and the hommie. Love workin with him.  I had been waiting so long for the season premiere of Lost. And I’m still a lil unsure. I did watch it while doin cardio and couldnt hear that well. But it looked like the same Lost. I do like the show. And it got me hooked once I started to watch it. But I’m lost. I thought maybe the last season they would get to the point. Or some? They played the end of last season’s episode like 50 times. I know, I saw everything get sucked in the whole. Sawyers girl was down there, saw that. Now there is 2 of everyone. They’re still on the Island, but it’s under water. And back on the plane. Lock is the island but he has 2 bodies. WTF!

                                                      

  A DAY LATER…

 Well the sun is out today and it’s beautiful here. We went and walked and had breakfast by the UT. Wow. Some hotties. The area was amazing.

 Trying to stay in the gym while I’m here. I got a show monday night when I get back to L.A. And gotta be rockin no shirt.

  Hey guy’s. Hope everyone had a juicy weekend. Mine was good. Calm and relaxing. A family time weekend. Except for Friday I guess.  A few friends came over Friday night and we hung out for awhile. Stayed in for the most part though. Did get to the gym for cardio, to extreme pita for dinner and to rent some movies. But that was about it. Sunday I tryed to watch some of the Pro Bowl, I just cant get that into it.

This morning I had to get up nice and early to handle some things and be ready to go. I’m off to Austin for a week to see a friend. I’m pretty excited. I hear it’s an amazing city. I’m gonna do some screwing around, but not the whole time. I have some work coming up as soon as I get home. So I need to be ready. Just gotta make sure I’m up running every morning and getting in the gym. Other then that I better see some sites and some night life!

I will keep in touch with u guy’s while I’m there. I got my lap top packed and ready to go. I gotta get my head right b4 I take off. Stay up.2

    I woke up at like 11 today. I don’t know what is going on with me. I’ve been sleeping so much lately. I think I’m cool with it though. For the past year or so I havent been sleeping like I use to. I was puttin in some sleep back in the day. Then something just changed. And I would wake up after 5-7 hrs. Now back to the 8-12’s. I even took a nap the other day. I must be growing. lol  Then I had some important errands to handle. Got those done quicker then I thought. That was good. No tanning today,  just cardio. I wasn’t done with all my stuff till like 5:30. And friends were coming over at 7. So cardio was all I really had time for. I thought we were going out to eat, but guess not. Other plans were made.  I was a fucking sweating savage lion. Ya, u know, just like u see in the national geographic movies. Just having at that ass. But while she was like a delicate, beautiful, avatar. :-)  Well I’m not gonna go into detail. But u get the picture.

  Chase: Happy early B-day. It’s only 1 day early. Just dont want to miss it. Dont always know when I’ll be on here. Have a good one.

Those first 3 really speak to me. But like I said. I love the whole Cd. I dig the way it starts off. It gangsta for her. Real gangster. And as far as a work out. Where do I start. First, I dont follow a plan. I lift heavy. No one ever does this, but I’m seriuos. I do cleans, squats, deadlifts, pullups, pullovers, shoulder presses like crazy. 1-3 of those every day. Along with other things too. But I’m serious. Like day 1. Back day: Pullups, heavy rows, a upper back lift, then bi’s. 3 different lifts.

    Day 2. Chest day: Heavy incline, heavy decline, pull overs, skull cushers, pull downs. in and out.

    Day 3. Legs: Squats 5-7 sets, quads and hami’s. Then back to back, but I hit bi’s first this time. Will start with reverse grip pullups, bi’s and then back.

   Then instead of chest I still push, but do shoulders. Cleans and shoulder presses.

   The next day lower body. Deadlift. I do pull, push, lower body. Pull, push, lower…..and so on. Do u get what I mean when I say push and pull?

   “If u lift big, the rest will follow”   ” less is more”  “u r what u eat”

  Those r some of the best things I ever heard while working out. So take what u will from it.

  So what’s goin on! Sorry about the MIA. 1. Was taking a little break. u just need it some times. 2. Had a lot going on with the fam and some personal things. 3.   What have I been up to, lets see: I was soo glad when the cowboys lost. lol But stunned with Brett’s last throw yesterday. WTF! Why didnt he just run in out, run and slide, or throw it away and see about the feild goal? I’m still shocked. And That touch down that they gave to Reggie Bush was no good. He was out. The defender hit the pilone. That game was GOOD. I was really emotionally invloved in that one./ The weather here has been wild. Freak-ish. It hasnt been to bad right where I live. It’s been a lil crazy. There was a small river forming outside my place. But some spots in L.A. county have been pounded. People having to leave their homes due to sudden fludding. Craaazzy!  But the snow is amazing now. And the riding is going to be sweet. Something like the best snow since 1960? U can find me at Mt High Teusdays through Thursdays for a while. /Rihanna’s Rated R is the Sh!t. The Sh!t. Just as good as the last. I’ve been playing it like it’s crack for my ears. i’m listening to it right now while I’m writing u guys./ I have been chillin with this little Israeli honey. Quite a bit actually.   Happy New year!

  It’s here. And already a great year. New year’s eve was crazy. Mostly a blur. But the bit’s and pieces I do remember are fu$%ing fantastic. And the pictures that I’ve seen were even better. I was with people I love, some juilcy one’s and acting a fool. Good times… Thats how u gotta say it. “jewl-cy”  It’s that delicious thickness u just wanna grab and fu#king shake. And say “juilcy”. If u were to look it up, u might see a picture like this.

                                                            

   Friday morning we left L.A. around 9am. Ya. Damn. I was so tired. I had slept about 3 or 4 hr’s. On this shitty blow up mattress. That by the time we woke up, it was flat. I could feel my heals and ass touching the floor. There were a lot of bodies for this little air mattress, but still. lol   So we all came back here to my apt, had Baker’s, closed the blinds and napped for hr’s. After our “nap” we went out for a big recovery dinner. Then to see Sherlock Holmes. Not even gonna get into that.

    Saturday I was back in my normal groove. Gym and stuff. And that night hit up the most amazing family tamale party. Oh man! My brother was trashed! He was trying to dance around and spilled this big bowl of massa. I dont know if I said or spelled that right. But anyway. When it hit the floor it came up and hit him in the face, hair, and his clothes. I laughed till I was crying.

                                        

    Here’s a shocker for ya. I didnt watch 1 football game today. Because football is stupid and I hate the sport. ;-)  I did take 1 look and saw the cowboys spanked the Eagles. And that’s what I get for even looking. I went for a hike and shot today. That was really nice. The weather was amazing. Everything was so clear and green. Where I live is not that pretty. Not at all. It’s a dive. A hot dessert. But it’s home. And I think I found some beauty in it today.

                                                            

      I’m out hiking today, sitting on this rock taking pictures. Enjoying life, nature, and really getting in touch with my inner chi. ;-)  When I interrupted by some guy on his mt bike. But he was cool. He says “wow man, thats a nice camera. U want to take a picture of me jumping?” lol I’m like sure. So he rides back up the hill. Comes down, hits the jump and I dont get the best shot. It was good but we both wanted a better one. So he’s gonna do it again. He said ” I’ll hit this one good so be ready” ha. Dork. So he’s flying. I can hear his wheels whistling as he comes up. He jumps. I’m not ready. lol I get no shot. The camera doesnt even snap. Dude eats shit! Hahahahaha! He jumped to far and nailed this little bank. Looked like he hit a wall. He yelling from the bushes. “tell me u got it” . Ummm…lol

       Evening. Hope everyone had a pleasant day. Mine was good. Cant complain. I slept in pretty late. Loved it. Got up and did stuff around the house. Mostly cleaning. I dont think I left the house till after 3. After cleaning and doing some “work”, I also cut my hair. That takes me awhile too. I did my hair and the whole body groom.

      Oh. So, my “Eva-ning”.  I have been on this Eva kick. Man! I recently discovered this girl Eva Angelina and she staring to cause problems in my personal life. ;-)  Or who knows maybe solving some problems. lol

     Indra: Hey I wanted to address something. The twitter thing. I’m sorry. But I’m not on twitter. I’m not on myspace, twitter, or facebook. My office has a myspace for me I think. But thats just to avoid all the other people out there claiming to be me. From what I understand they dont write any type of msg’s. I have seen countless sites for Cody. I know one out there is kinda real. But this is the only place u can find me. I really dont mind. Most people that spend the time to make the pages are fans. And I appreciate it. I just cant control the things they say. And who knows what all that may be. But only quote what u see here. Cuz like I said, this is the only place to find me. What would be the point in me having one anyway, when there r so many others out there.     Here’s a lil story to go along with the picture here. So we’re doing the photo shoot and it’s a little weird having anything near my ass. So I’m beng a little squirmish. And Parker is just back there, handling it. Comfortable. He’s cool guy with the suckers. Just lolly popping my ass and making some jokes. Then the photographer takes a quick break for something. We all kind realx and chat for a min. Then the photographer says “ok, get back into position”. So Coco and I bend back over the couch to get ready for Parker to put the suckers back up in our asses. Put he just raises one up for Coco. I can see this out of the corner of my eye.  Just puts his fingers twards my ass where the sucker was stuck waiting.lol.  WTF!!  Cuz of it being a sucker, and my ass hole being so hairy it stuck there. And this fucker just left it to take his little break. lol.  We were dying.

    Yesterday. Brett Favre did fucking Work! Work! They should have won that game. He did all he could. I was so impressed with his play. That I’m gonna share it with u guys.                  Eli Manning sucks. Sorry Payton, to dis ur brother like this. But damn! He sucks. If I knew he sucked so much I would have asked him to come on my site.
